Return form

We are no longer excepting returns of any item delivered on or before December 25 2001. 

Return Policies 

1. You have 15 days from date of arrival to return your products. 
2. The merchandise must not be opened,  used, or damaged in any form and must be in re-saleable condition for 100% refund of moneys less shipping & handling charges. 
3. You must ship it back with the original packaging, the copy of the original invoice, and a copy of this form.  
4. Under no circumstances do we pay for return shipping charges.  
5. Under no circumstances do we refund for shipping and handling charges.  
6. Any open used or damage merchandise for what ever reason is subject to a 10% to 50% restocking charge.
7. Arroyo RC is not responsible for shipping damage make sure you insure your return package. 
8. Arroyo RC reserve the right to return the merchandise to its customer and not refund moneys, if Arroyo RC in its opinion deems that the merchandise has been severely damaged, crashed, abused, misuse, modify in any form, has water, dust, or contaminant damage.
9. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your credit to be processed
